The intrigue surrounding the mysterious underground city and the shocking death of the president isn’t ending anytime soon. Hulu has officially renewed Paradise for a second season, even before the show’s first season finale airs.
The high-stakes thriller, created by This Is Us mastermind Dan Fogelman, has had audiences in a chokehold since its premiere, following Sterling K. Brown as Secret Service Agent Xavier Collins, who is thrust into a tense investigation in a seemingly idyllic community housing some of the world’s most powerful individuals. However, when a shocking murder disrupts this utopia, secrets unravel, exposing hidden agendas and a conspiracy tied to the construction of a mysterious underground city.
Since its debut, Paradise has dominated streaming numbers, drawing in 7 million views in its first week across Hulu in the U.S. and Disney+ internationally.
In addition to Brown, the ensemble cast features James Marsden, Julianne Nicholson, Sarah Shahi, Nicole Brydon Bloom, Aliyah Mastin, and Percy Daggs IV.
The season finale of Paradise premieres Tuesday, February 25 on Hulu.
