Looking for a smartwatch that’ll help you manage stress? The Fitbit Sense 2 could be exactly what you need. The Sense 2 smartwatch is focused on healthy mindfulness and puts an emphasis on stress management and heart health. With a thin, lightweight design and large touchscreen display, the Sense 2 is a stylish choice.
Why we like it
Now, I must confess, this is my first time using a health-focused smartwatch but as an introduction, the Sense 2 didn’t disappoint. Comfortable to wear day and night, this watch was designed to improve your lifestyle. The GPS feature helps with planning workout routes and just in case your watch is misplaced. The best parts of this watch are the large, vivid touch screen that’s easy to navigate, five days of battery life and the fantastic stress management features.
What it does
Keeping your mood and stress under control are at the forefront of this design. Fitbit’s Sense 2 aims to help boost mindfulness in your routine while tracking the physical signs of stress. The smartwatch also tracks key health metrics like breathing rate, heart rate variability, and skin temperature variation. The Sense 2 is Fitbit’s most innovative health-centered smartwatch with improved sensors that help identify physical signs of stress while allowing you to track your moods and stay mindful.
As always, Fitbit is accompanied by its complimentary app that allows you to track your progress on any mobile device. It offers workout and meditation prompts along with reminders to stay active and hydrated. The Sense 2 offers additional features through its premium package if you’re willing to spend an extra $79.99 annually. The features include atrial fibrillation assessments, improved goal setting, and other advanced tools designed to help you manage stress, making the Sense 2 an upgraded smartwatch experience.
Last but not least
Unfortunately, you can’t add any of your third-party apps to this device and the watch’s silicone band is a bit stubborn to get on and the release can be initiated by mistake, so you must watch it. But as a Bluetooth device, you can sync your mobile phone, albeit Android or iOS, allowing you to take calls and text from your Fitbit. This sleek user-friendly design keeps it familiar for Fitbit veterans while making stress management easy for new customers. For the price of $299.95 Fitbit’s Sense 2 is packed with good tools for transforming the mind and the body.
