Today is National Vodka Day and we want to help you celebrate! Our friends over at Belvedere has provided us with a few cocktail recipes to help you indulge in this spirited holiday.
Polish 75

INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5oz. Belvedere Vodka
- .75oz. Simple Syrup
- .75oz. Lemon Juice
- Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut
METHOD: Add all ingredients, except champagne, to a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a champagne flute and top with Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut.
GLASS: Champagne Flute
Remember the Grain

INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5oz. Belvedere Smogory Forest
- .60 Cherry Heering
- .30oz. Sweet Vermouth
- 2 dashes Absinthe
- 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters
METHOD: Stir all ingredients over cubes ice in mixing glass and strain into chilled glass over large ice cube.
GLASS: Rocks
Belvedere’s Famed Classic Martini

INGREDIENTS:
- 2oz. Belvedere Vodka
- .25oz. French Fortified Wine
- Pink Grapefruit Twist
METHOD: Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir over ice until very cold. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a pink grapefruit twist.
GLASS: Martini
The Belvedere Morning Twist

INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5oz. Belvedere Vodka
- .75oz. Lemon Juice
- .75oz. Honey Syrup
- 1 oz Matcha Tea
- Ginger Beer
- Dried Roses
METHOD: Shake all ingredients but the ginger beer together. Strain into a highball glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with dried roses.
GLASS: Highball
The Belvedere Spice of Life

INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5oz. Belvedere Vodka
- 5oz. Carrot Juice
- .75oz. Lemon Juice
- Half bar spoon of grated ginger or ginger syrup
- .5 bar spoon of miso or dashi powder
- .25oz. honey syrup
- Dash of chili flakes
- Carrot leaves
METHOD: Place all ingredients in a shaker and shake with two ice cubes. Strain over fresh ice in a highball glass. Garnish with chili flakes and carrot leaves.
GLASS: Highball
The Belvedere Brunch Bliss By Chef Candice Kumai

INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5oz. Belvedere Vodka
- .75oz. Lime Juice
- .5oz. Honey
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- 2oz. Kombucha
- Lime wheel
METHOD: Place all ingredients in a shaker except the Kombucha and shake with ice. Strain into a coupe glass and top off with ice-cold Kombucha. Garnish with a lime wheel.
