For six consecutive years, supporters, survivors, caregivers, and community leaders across Metro Atlanta have laced up their sneakers for a shared mission: making sure no one faces a cancer diagnosis alone.
On Saturday, November 7, the 6th Annual Every Color Matters 5K Run/Walk returns to Atlanta. This year’s gathering holds special significance as the Every Color Matters Cancer Awareness Foundation celebrates 10 years of impact through community advocacy, health education, patient resources, and hope.

Cancer impacts every family differently, spanning a spectrum of ribbons, diagnoses, and personal journeys. The Every Color Matters Cancer Awareness Foundation was built on a vital mission: educating communities on cancer prevention and early detection while delivering direct financial assistance and holistic support to families currently battling all forms of cancer.
Over the past decade, the foundation has provided nearly $400,000 in direct funding, services, and community resources to local patients and their loved ones. Every step taken on the 5K course directly translates into relief for families managing treatment costs, travel, and everyday care.
This year’s event is designed as a family-friendly community wellness experience open to participants of all ages and fitness levels. Attendees can expect dedicated moments honoring survivors and caregivers, on-site health resources and educational booths, live music, interactive activities, and the knowledge that 100% of fundraising efforts go directly to cancer patients and families across the country.
