If you’ve been chasing a night in Los Angeles that actually feels like R&B, look no further than Girls Love R&B.
The city’s fastest-growing R&B event series, Girls Love R&B, returns this Friday, November 21, and this time, it’s calling in two powerhouses to set the tone: Grammy-nominated hitmaker Jozzy and LA’s own rising DJ-producer Jahad.
Before stepping into the spotlight as a solo artist, Jozzy built her career shaping the sound of an era. The Memphis-native, mentored by Missy Elliott and Timbaland, has penned hits for Beyoncé, SZA, Lil Nas X, Metro Boomin, 21 Savage, Chris Brown, and more.
From the Diamond-certified remix of Old Town Road to Virgo’s Groove, her pen has left fingerprints across some of the biggest R&B and pop moments of the last decade.
Jahad isn’t just a DJ, he’s a vibe curator. Raised in Los Angeles and shaped by a family legacy of music, he’s spent the last decade merging nostalgic soul with modern R&B and hip-hop.
Jahad earned a Grammy nomination for producing Durand Bernarr’s PSST! from the critically acclaimed album BLOOM.
With Jozzy hosting and DJ Jahad on the turntables, this Girls Love R&B edition is set to deliver a night of pure emotion, the kind only R&B can unlock.

Girls Love R&B on Friday, November 21 at Love Note (117 Winston St, Los Angeles, CA 90013)
