Brooklyn Nets Unveil Filthy New Remix Uniforms

The Brooklyn Nets unveiled a new uniform for their fans to drool over.

On Wednesday the team released for the public to see their new remixed uniforms, which is inspired by the Nets uniforms from 1984-1990.

The uniform’s colors of white and black, a graphite color, represents the tenacity of the team and city. Folks will be able to see the uniform on Oct. 28 when the team plays the Indiana Pacers at the Barclay’s Center, as well three home games and eight away games.

The uniform also sports the team’s name “Nets” on the front and “Brooklyn” down the side of the jersey. This marks the first time the team uses both names on the jersey. And, the jerseys have three graphite stars down the side of the jersey and two graphite stars down the shorts, representing the team’s fifth season and the five decades the organization has been in existence.

“The Brooklyn Remix uniforms represent a fusion of the past and the present,”said Brett Yormark, CEO of Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment. “By combining elements from the team’s most iconic uniforms, we’ve created a modernized look that emphasizes our heritage and defines today’s lifestyle brand.”

The uniform will be available for adults and kids at the Swag Shop in the Barclay’s Center, and will be available Sept. 19 at netsstore.com, too.
