The Hustler. The Pimp. The Stripper. The Pitbull. Which Savage Are You?

Discover your dominant archetype in The Savage Matrix by Marcellus Womack—Hustler, Pimp, Stripper, or Pitbull—and unlock your potential.
The Savage Matrix

In his latest book, The Savage Matrix, Marcellus Womack introduces a new framework for personal transformation. This blueprint isn’t just about success—it’s about tapping into your most dominant self.

Womack’s philosophy centers around the idea that every individual has an inner savage waiting to be unleashed. But which savage are you? The answer lies in understanding the four archetypes of The Savage Matrix: The Hustler, The Pimp, The Stripper, and The Pitbull.

Yes, being called a pimp or a stripper might not sound flattering at first — but you have to look deeper into what actually shapes and defines these archetypes.

During a recent interview with The Quintessential Gentleman, Womack discussed his book’s principles, providing a new perspective on achieving greatness. “You must walk through darkness to see the light you are destined to become,” Womack says.

The Hustler: The Enterprising Force

The first archetype, the Hustler, is driven by one goal: money. “A hustler is the enterprising savage whose primary goal is money and who dominates by conducting business,” Womack explains. The Hustler is characterized by their relentless pursuit of wealth, building multiple streams of income, and dealing in high-level negotiations. Their superpower is deal-making, always seeking the best ways to maximize cash flow.

“When you’re a hustler, the question is simple: How many ways can I make as much money as possible?” Womack adds. For this archetype, the world is financial, and their golden rule is clear: He who owns all the gold makes the rules.

The Pimp: The Power Broker

Next up is the Pimp, an archetype that thrives on power. “The Pimp is a masterminding savage whose goal is control. They dominate by selling fantasies to leverage other people’s talent,” says Womack. The Pimp operates within the emotional realm, using charisma and influence to get people to do the work that supports their vision. Their superpower? Selling fantasies, knowing how to inspire and manage others toward fulfilling their dreams.

Womack elaborates, “He who makes the rules owns all the gold.” For the Pimp, this is a powerful dynamic of creating a vision and getting others to join in, regardless of the cost.

The Stripper: The Superstar

The Stripper archetype is about status and the desire to be seen. Womack explains that Strippers are the rockstars of the Savage Matrix—individuals who dominate by performing and captivating audiences. Their main resource is a big stage or platform, and their superpower lies in captivating audiences.

The Stripper’s worldview is physical, always asking, “How big is the stage, and what’s the best performance I can do to be #1?” As Womack notes, “Strippers are obsessed with turning up and showing out for attention and recognition.” Their golden rule is simple: He who wins the gold is celebrated on the highest level.

The Pitbull: The Executioner

Finally, we have the Pitbull—relentless, focused, and always pursuing results. According to Womack, the Pitbull dominates through execution, locking in on a bullseye target with supreme focus. “A Pitbull doesn’t care about power or money; they just want results. Give them a mission, and they will execute it,” he explains.

With a resource like a bullseye target, the Pitbull’s world is mental. Their superpower is supreme focus, which allows them to achieve goals with laser precision. Womack describes the Pitbull’s golden rule as: There is no gold until someone digs deep for it. This mentality embodies the “never let up” attitude that ensures no obstacle is too great to overcome.

The Kingpin: Mastering the Matrix

Upon mastering these archetypes, one reaches the ultimate stage: the Kingpin. “A Kingpin is someone who has mastered all four archetypes and uses that mastery to ascend to greatness,” Womack says. At this stage, individuals leverage their understanding of money, power, status, and results to build and scale empires.

Womack acknowledges that success isn’t linear, and individuals often oscillate between archetypes as they evolve. “It’s all about tapping into the right energy at the right time,” he states. Whether you’re in the hustle for money, seeking power through influence, striving for status, or relentlessly pursuing results, understanding your core archetype—and learning to tap into others when needed—can help you unlock your true potential.

In Womack’s words, “Whatever your moonshot is, the grandest version of your greatest vision with no limits, it’s already done.”

The Savage Matrix framework offers more than just an entrepreneurial guide—it’s a philosophy for realizing your full potential, no matter where you are in life.
