Before he was the leader of the free world, many called him Barry. Netflix has released the trailer for their upcoming film “Barry”. This Netflix Original follows a young Barack Obama as he deals with race, culture and identity while finding his way as a New York City college student in this fact-inspired film. “Southside with You” released earlier in the year, which showed Barack Obama first meeting Michelle Robinson in 1989. Barry will be the second film about President Barack Obama. The film stars Devon Terrell, who plays Obama, as well as an ensemble cast like Ashley Judd, Jason Mitchell, and Ella Coltrane.
Check out the trailer below. Barry hits Netflix on December 16th.
