Dave East Releases Capsule Collection with Brand Roberto Vincenzo

These days it doesn't seem enough to just be a rapper or singer. In fact, it feels almost mandatory for celebrities to explore other creative genres, with fashion being the obvious choice for some. One of the latest clothing collabs to hit the news involves a partnership between rapper/actor Dave East and streetwear brand Roberto Vincenzo.

The collection, part of East’s lifestyle brand FTD “From the Dirt,” is a direct reflection of today’s current mood. With reality setting in that January 1st will not mean the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, and that we are in for a long, cold winter indoors and potentially locked down, East and Vincenzo offered a clothing line of relaxed, black and white “essentials” including hoodies, robes, socks, and shorts. A limited holiday gift box set includes a matching robe and slippers, great for a cozy Christmas morning situation.

Although this is his debut capsule collection, it won't be the last Dave East plans to release. 2021 will be a busy year for the rapper as he plans to create additional FTD collaborations with other designers and brands that align with FTD’s aesthetic.
