His 10th film with Netflix, Tyler Perry’s Why Did I Get Married Again?, released in September, debuted at #1 on the most-watched list.

For the upcoming thriller, the film follows a firefighter haunted by his past and struggling with reality who risks everything to rescue his high school sweetheart from her powerful husband, only for the truth to unravel in a shocking twist that questions what is real and what is confabulation.

“WHEN I TELL YOU!! THIS ONE RIGHT HERE!! YALL aint ready!! I’m in my bag!!” Perry posted on Instagram shortly after the news dropped.

Confabulation‘s leading man, Laviscount, also expressed his excitement for the thriller, telling us to “Strap in! This is like no other project. So excited to be sharing the dance floor with the extraordinary @taylour…”
