The Brotherhood Dinner was started last January, during the 2018 NAACP awards weekend, as Mack Wilds approached his fellow nominee for Outstanding Actor in a Television Movie, Mini-Series, or Dramatic Special, Woody McClain, to celebrate each other’s accomplishments. This turned into a bigger thought of doing something for all of us, by us, that brings our brothers of color together, empowering each other and celebrating our achievements in all fields of entertainment, technology, fashion, and art. These conversations sparked what that momentous night turned into: the Brotherhood Dinner.

“With everything going in our culture and society, and the constant achievements of our people, I wanted to create a safe haven where us as men can applaud each other, learn more and create breeding grounds for our growth and flourishing in all of our respective businesses and fields. This is the Brotherhood Dinner,” says Mack Wilds.
We look forward to more of these events that bring our brothers together for more conversation and fellowship.
