There has been a lot of talk about how fashionable men are with their beards. I don’t see the hype and this could be for two reason; (1) I have seen men with beards for a long time because it’s the signature look for men who live in Philadelphia (2) I can’t grow one! Either way, it’s the “in” thing and men are now working hard on their beards.
Here are 5 healthy reasons you should grow your beard!
Skin Looks BetterYour beard is actually protecting you from the harmful sun rays. Since the sun is not beaming directly on your face you actually get less blemishes. Although the beard makes you look older it keeps your skin looking younger.
Helps With AsthmaPeople with Asthma are very sensitive to particles and pollen in the air. The beard actually acts as a filter and can catch these things before they get in your respiratory system.
In Grown Hairs Be GoneThis one is simple. In grown hairs form when you cut you shave and the hair doesn’t grow back the way its supposed to. If you have a beard then you don’t have in grown hairs because there all grown out!
Time & MoneyJust think about it. How long does it take you to shave? How many times do you shave a week? How much money do you spend on grooming equipment and products? With Growing a beard, you don’t have to worry about any of that. The most that you may need is a comb and some Beard Butter.
Keeps You WarmIf you live up north like me, these winters can be brutal. Just like you want to keep as much hair on the top of your head to stay warm it holds true about hair on your face. Have you ever walked out of a New York City subway in below zero weather and your face just hurts? Grow a beard!
