Dyllón Burnside has joined Apple TV’s Shrinking for its fourth season in a recurring role. He joins fellow new recurring cast members Jillian Bell and Addie Weyrich.

Details about Burnside’s character are being kept under wraps. Burnside is best known for Pose and for his work in Monster. Bell’s credits include Kinda Pregnant and 22 Jump Street.

Created by Bill Lawrence, Brett Goldstein and Jason Segel, Shrinking stars Segel as Jimmy Laird, “a grieving therapist who starts to break the rules,” per Deadline. Harrison Ford, Jessica Williams and Luke Tennie also star. Warner Bros. Television produces the series for Apple TV.

The new season keeps the same cast and characters but includes a time jump and an entirely new storyline.

The Season 4 roster keeps growing. Judith Light joins in a recurring role, while Christian Slater and Karen Gillan round out an expanded cast. Returning players include Christa Miller, Luke Tennie, Michael Urie, Lukita Maxwell and Ted McGinley.

The guest list runs deep, too. It includes Goldstein, Damon Wayans Jr., Wendie Malick and Cobie Smulders, plus newcomers Jeff Daniels and Michael J. Fox. Candice Bergen, Sherry Cola and Isabella Gomez also appear.

For now, Apple TV has not announced a premiere date for Season 4. The first three seasons are streaming on Apple TV.

Burnside joining a cast this stacked is a clear signal of how far his range has carried him since Pose, and it gives Shrinking one more reason to keep audiences talking.
