Global streaming sensation Kai Cenat officially crossed over into high fashion on September 12, debuting his independent clothing label Vivet during New York Fashion Week.

Held at an undisclosed NYC venue and broadcast live to millions of viewers online, the runway presentation, titled Collection 1, marked the culmination of a nine-month period where the 24-year-old creator stepped back from full-time streaming to learn garment production firsthand.

Unlike standard celebrity apparel lines backed by licensing conglomerates, Cenat owns Vivet outright. Over his months-long hiatus, Cenat traveled to manufacturing hubs and spent time inside factories to learn the nuances of cut-and-sew production, fabric sourcing, and design.

The inaugural capsule was made available via a “see-now, buy-now” release on Vivet’s official website immediately following the finale, mixing elevated streetwear silhouettes with utilitarian tailoring, including heavyweight hoodies, structured outerwear, relaxed trousers, and custom accessory detailing.

According to the official show invitation released to attendees, the brand’s ethos is rooted in “manifestation, knowledge acquisition, discipline, teamwork, and having faith,” framing Collection 1 as the first tangible proof of a collective creative journey.

The debut presentation served as a bridge between internet culture and elite fashion, bringing together an eclectic mix of hip-hop royalty, digital icons, and high-fashion figures. Front row, music legend Ms. Lauryn Hill sat alongside celebrity stylist Law Roach, recording artists DDG and Karrahbooo, streamer PlaqueBoyMax, and members of Cenat’s AMP collective.

On the runway, high-fashion staple Alton Mason walked alongside streamer BruceDropEmOff, viral sensation Ray Asianboy, Giovanna Ramos, Siebe, and fellow AMP member Duke Dennis.

Following the presentation, Collection 1 went live for global orders, marking a successful NYFW debut for the Bronx native’s newest venture.
