Focus Features has released the trailer for its upcoming satirical comedy, The American Society of Magical Negroes.

The film follows Aren, portrayed by Justice Smith, a young man navigating the intricacies of modern life. Little does he know that his world is about to be turned upside down when he is recruited into a clandestine society with a peculiar mission: to make white people's lives easier. The mysterious organization, aptly named The American Society of Magical Negroes, reveals a hidden layer of society where magical abilities are harnessed for a cause both absurd and bold.

As Aren is initiated into this secret world, he encounters a colorful ensemble of characters, each possessing unique magical gifts. David Alan Grier, An-Li Bogan, Drew Tarver, Michaela Watkins, Rupert Friend, and Nicole Byer round out the cast, infusing the film with humor that will keep audiences engaged.
