Tiger Woods, Justin Timberlake New Entertainment Sports Bar Opens In New York City

The greatest golfer of all time has just paired with one of the greatest boy band members turned solo artist of all time -- in the business world.

Tiger Woods has partnered with Justin Timberlake to open an entertainment sports bar in New York City, according to AfroTech.

T-Squared Social is already all systems go, as the bar opened up on September 20. Other partners include Nexus Luxury Collection and Howard Milstein’s 8 AM Golf.

“The idea for T-Squared Social came to us during a round of golf at Albany, our development in The Bahamas,” said Woods in a statement, according to CBS Sports. “Justin and I thought it would be cool to create a place that combines our favorite things and brings people together to just have a great time. We always knew we wanted to do something together, and NEXUS gave us the platform to bring our idea to life.”

This isn’t your typical sports bar. Visitors can experience various activities, including “Full Swing simulators,” which feature golf courses worldwide such as Pebble Beach, Torrey Pines, and St. Andrews. According to the website, bowling and darts are other activities one can enjoy.

The new spot offers great eats, including crab cakes, short rib quesadillas, and salmon Reuben, among other great foods.

“We knew a concept like T-Squared Social would thrive in New York,” explained Timberlake, per CBS Sports. “It’s a beautiful space that transcends the typical sports bar experience. You can go to be entertained without sacrificing quality or comfort. We’re excited to be partnering with 8 AM Golf on this incredible opportunity right in the heart of one of the greatest cities in the world.”

Just as Woods has entertained the masses on the golf course, he continues to do the same in the business sector. He also opened up PopStroke, which is a technology-infused golf entertainment concept with locations all over the nation.

“Tiger Woods has had the most significant impact in growing the game of golf around the world and his investment and partnership in PopStroke will undoubtedly introduce the game to a new and wider audience of participants,” said PopStroke founder Greg Bartoli, according to Wood’s golf course design company TGR Design’s website.
