Whiskey Smash

The Whiskey Smash is a classic cocktail that has citrus notes and is refreshing. The classic cocktail is a combination of a whiskey sour and a mint julep.
8 mint leaves
Half a lemon,
Fine sugar cube
2 ounces whiskey
Crushed ice
Mint sprig for garnish

Negroni

A Negroni is an Italian Cocktail, made with equal parts gin, vermouth, and Campari. It is considered an aperitivo (pre-meal drink) that stimulates your appetite.
2oz Campari
2oz Gin2 oz Sweet Vermouth
Orange peel for garnish
Manhattan

Originally called the Rob Roy Manhattan, this spirit-forward cocktail originates in the city of Manhattan. The Scott whiskey in this cocktail is considered to elevate the cocktail experience.
2 oz rye whiskey
1 oz sweet vermouth
5 drops Angostura Bitters
