A Tasty Evening at Uncle Jacks on Canton Street

I recently received an invite from an influential colleague of mine to attend a Men's Night Out at one of her favorite restaurants, Uncle Jacks on Canton street. I saw her post before about the place a few times so when she extended the invite, my reply was an immediate Yes!

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a glass of Rose, and as we received a brief tour leading us to our table, the aesthetic of the place didn't give me steakhouse but was definitely a place I was looking forward to eating at. After viewing the menu, I asked our server what his options for the best cocktails were. Although I am not a dark liquor drinker the "Up in Smoke" caught my attention but what was better is I got to watch the bartender make it. As he completed my drink I saw the other bartender making a "Summer Specia"l which would end up being my next and final drink.

Now it's time to eat, the server chose 2 of the crowd favorites for our appetizers which were Applewood Smoked Bacon that came with a peanut butter dipping sauce, and yes it was amazing and Swedish Meatballs which were just as tasty. Now on the entree which took me over 20 minutes to decide because there were so many different options. Eventually, I settled on but won when I chose the Beef Prime Rib Pasta with a side of Crispy Brussel Sprouts. Let me just say mouthwatering 🤤. Due to another engagement, I couldn't stay for dessert but got a peach cobbler to go. Let's just say, when I got home and had the chance to dig in that was the icing on the cake. Uncle Jacks will see my face again.

Visit Uncle Jacks at 1105 Canton St, Roswell, GA 30075, or one of its many locations in Georgia and New York.
