The wait is officially over for fans of Onyx Collective’s hit legal drama Reasonable Doubt. Hulu and Disney+ dropped the Season 4 trailer, picking up right in the aftermath of last season’s shocking cliffhanger and finally addressing who was caught in the crossfire.

The new trailer confirms the worst: Jax Stewart, played by Emayatzy Corinealdi, was shot during the violent office assault. After the brutal attack leaves Jax’s family and her newly minted law firm deeply shaken, nothing feels certain about their future.

As Jax and her team navigate lingering grief and emotional trauma, the firm is thrust right back into the fire. The Stewart Firm takes on a high-stakes battle representing Jax’s most loyal client, a wealthy R&B artist played by series newcomer Durrell “Tank” Babbs, who finds himself at the center of a spiraling media disaster. With pressure mounting from every direction, the team must figure out if they can rebuild before moving forward costs them everything.

The upcoming season boasts a star-studded cast alongside Corinealdi, including McKinley Freeman, Morris Chestnut, Tim Jo, Angela Grovey, and Joseph Sikora. Joining the ensemble this season are Meagan Good, La La Anthony, Taylor Polidore Williams, Rutina Wesley, DeVaughn Nixon, and Alexxis Lemire.

Created, written, and executive produced by Raamla Mohamed Hunter, Reasonable Doubt continues its run as one of streaming’s most addictive dramas.

Reasonable Doubt Season 4 will debut with a three-episode premiere on October 6, with new episodes dropping weekly every Tuesday through November 24, exclusively on Hulu and Disney+.
