The first trailer has officially dropped for Infidels, a gritty, high-stakes action thriller starring Jonathan Majors. But it’s the team behind the camera, and the distribution powerhouse behind the screen, that has the entire entertainment industry talking.

Run Hide Fight: Infidels is produced and distributed in partnership with Ben Shapiro’s conservative media company, The Daily Wire, utilizing the same creative production team behind the highly controversial 2020 high school siege thriller Run Hide Fight.

While the creative team is keeping finer plot points under wraps, the newly released trailer paints Infidels as an intense, bullet-swept geopolitical thriller.

Majors stars as a battle-hardened American military contractor or operative who finds himself trapped behind enemy lines in a hostile territory. When a high-security mission goes sideways, he is forced to navigate a deadly labyrinth of local insurgents, desert warfare, and deep political betrayal to protect those under his watch and make it back to American soil.

For years, mainstream Hollywood studios held an absolute monopoly on premium cinematic distribution. However, platforms like The Daily Wire have spent the last half-decade aggressively building a parallel pipeline.

By acquiring, producing, and distributing their own features, the platform has created a dedicated home for filmmakers and actors who have been blacklisted or marginalized by the traditional studio system.

The collaboration between Majors and the Run Hide Fight team (led by producer Dallas Sonnier and his production outfit) represents the platform’s most high-profile casting coup to date.
