Prime Video just dropped the teaser for Season 2 of Cross, and if the 30-second preview is any indication, the mind of Alex Cross is about to be tested like never before.

“Alex, stay alive,” pleads Elle Monteiro (Samantha Walkes) in one of the trailer’s most gripping moments, a warning that shows the danger that lies ahead for the forensic psychologist turned detective, played by Aldis Hodge.

Known for his sharp instincts and unrelenting pursuit of justice, Cross is back on the hunt, this time chasing a ruthless vigilante targeting corrupt billionaires.

The teaser flashes through shadowy, fast-paced sequences filled with tension, explosions, and moral gray areas. The new season also introduces Matthew Lillard, Jeanine Mason, and Wes Chatham, while creator Ben Watkins steps in front of the camera for a mysterious role.

“If anyone hears about this, you’re done,” Watkins warns in the clip.

Based on James Patterson’s best-selling Alex Cross novels, Cross explores the fine line between justice and obsession.

Unlike the first season, which was released all at once, Cross Season 2 will roll out weekly, allowing audiences to sit with each twist and revelation.

The eight-episode season premieres on Wednesday, February 11, with the first three episodes debuting simultaneously on Prime Video, followed by new episodes every Wednesday until the season finale on March 18.

Returning cast members include Walkes, Isaiah Mustafa, Alona Tal, Juanita Jennings, Caleb Elijah, Melody Hurd, and Johnny Ray Gill.

Get ready — Alex Cross is back, and this time, survival might be the toughest case he’s ever cracked.
