The Gent Who Spent: Jay Z and Beyonce Close on their First LA Home

It looks like Jay Z and Beyonce have finally found a place in Los Angeles to call home. It is being reported that the power couple closed on a Bel-Air home for around $90 Million and it’s said to be the most expensive home sale in the city’s history. This must the results of financial freedom that the 4:44 rapper was discussing in his song The Story of O.J.

“You wanna know what’s more important than throwing away money at a strip club? Credit/ You ever wonder why Jewish people own all the property in America? This how they did it/ Financial freedom my only hope/ F— living rich and dying broke.”

The Carter’s new home was designed by prolific spec mansion builder, Paul McClean.The Bel-Air mansion is more than 30,000 square feet spread across six different structures with more than 10,000 square feet of outdoor living space on two acres of land. After renting a few different homes in Los Angeles, we are happy that the family of five have finally been able to settle down.
