Roc Nation has officially stepped deeper into the future of music, this time with independent artists placed firmly at the center.
On November 17, Roc Nation Distribution unveiled its brand-new, cutting-edge artist dashboard, a proprietary platform built to give independent musicians something they rarely receive in the industry: control, transparency, and real-time insight.
The platform, now open for artists to join at rocnationdistro.com, is designed to function as a one-stop hub where creatives can distribute music globally, track their audience, streamline payments, and access tools historically reserved for major-label acts.

And here’s the catch: no subscription fees, no upfront costs, and artists keep 85% of their earnings while maintaining ownership of their masters.
For decades, artists have had to piece together services—analytics on one platform, distribution on another, payment tools somewhere else. Roc Nation Distribution’s new dashboard pulls all of that into one centralized system.
“The introduction of this new dashboard will be a game-changer for independent artists,” said Krystian Santini, President of Roc Nation Distribution said in a statement. “This dashboard is democratizing access to tools and information historically reserved for major label superstars.”
What makes it stand out is the depth and immediacy of its data. Artists can track real-time streaming numbers, audience demographics, social media sentiment, brand affinity, and even which influencers their fans already engage with.
That level of clarity can reshape how artists plan releases, develop marketing strategies, and prioritize partnerships.
The new dashboard gives independent artists a full suite of tools once reserved for major-label stars. Musicians can now track real-time streaming analytics, distribute music seamlessly to over 200 global platforms, and receive automatic royalty payments straight to their bank or PayPal accounts.
Built-in revenue splitting makes collaborator payouts effortless, while publishing administration and rights management tools keep everything organized.
On the audience side, artists gain access to deep social insights across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and more, including demographic breakdowns by age, income, location, and ethnicity, plus brand affinity data showing which companies their listeners connect with.
Additional features like motion artwork uploads for DSPs and save-as-you-go release tools streamline the entire process. Simply put, the platform gives independent artists the data power of a major label—without needing one.
Roc Nation partnered with Linked by Air, the Brooklyn-based design and tech studio known for building tools for some of the world’s most influential cultural institutions.
“The platform connects art and commerce,” said studio co-founder Dan Michaelson in a press release. “Today’s musicians are technically skilled… we tried to make a platform that feels more like the pads of a sampler than an accounting system.”
The result is a system built for creators, not corporations.
The dashboard will be available to artists already distributing through Roc Nation Distribution, including Clipse, Rapsody, Flau’jae, Yailin La Más Viral, The LOX, SAINt JHN, Westside Gunn, Conway the Machine, Jay Electronica, Bootsy Collins, and more.
