Donovan Mitchell is putting a ring on it! The Cleveland Cavaliers star guard announced his engagement to Grammy-winning singer Coco Jones.
Mitchell broke the news with a romantic Instagram post, featuring an aerial video of the moment he got down on one knee. The video was followed by a photo of the happy couple, wrapped in each other’s arms, with Jones flashing her brand-new ring.
The engagement comes just months after the two made their relationship public. Though rumors started swirling late last year after they were spotted vibing together at a Usher concert, Mitchell confirmed their relationship earlier this year.
Mitchell, who was traded to the Cavs from the Utah Jazz, is currently in the middle of a career high.
This season, he led Cleveland to an impressive 64-18 record, the best in the Eastern Conference, and earned his third straight All-Star nod along with back-to-back All-NBA honors.
As for Coco? She’s been on her own winning streak. The South Carolina-born singer and former Disney star took home a Grammy in 2024 for Best R&B Performance with her breakout hit ICU.
