There’s a new conversation happening around Black men and self-care, one that recognizes grooming and style not just as aesthetics, but as grounding rituals that shape identity, confidence, and how we move through the world.
This month, that conversation comes to life in Atlanta.
On Thursday, November 20, MCM, in partnership with The Quintessential Gentleman, invites you to an exclusive evening dedicated to elevating how Black men show up, care for themselves, and define their presence in the world.
This curated experience celebrates craftsmanship, culture, and wellness, showcasing how grooming and personal style continue to shape modern masculinity.

For Black men especially, self-presentation has always carried deeper meaning. The right routines and products do more than polish your look; they support mental clarity, emotional grounding, and a sense of self that feels authentic and strong.
Guests will enjoy a private shopping experience inside MCM’s Lenox Mall storefront featuring Black-owned brands, including Bēhold Natural Essentials™, premium handcrafted hair, scalp, and beard care designed to restore and strengthen daily self-care, and eLo, refined lifestyle essentials rooted in simplicity, balance, and quiet confidence.
The evening will also feature a live conversation moderated by The Quintessential Gentleman’s Editor-in-Chief, Eric Keith, alongside celebrity stylist Kenneth “KUSDEM” Carnell, whose style roster includes Usher and Michael B. Jordan, and Garrick Wade, founder of Bēhold Natural Essentials™.
Together, they’ll dive into how personal style shapes presence, how grooming and wellness practices build confidence from the inside out, and what it means to redefine masculinity in our current cultural moment, offering real, grounded conversation that stays with you long after the night ends.
