The Official Trailer for Southside With You has finally been released! This movie depicts the first date of the now President and First Lady of the United States. Barack Obama is played by Parker Sawyers and Michelle Obama is played by Tika Sumpter. This gives us a glimpse of how the power couple began their life together. The project was executive produced by John Legend.

I’m excited to see this film and especially to see how the most power man in the world started off just like me!
