Rolls-Royce Introduces Their First SUV: The Cullinan

Last week, we were in attendance for the New York City debut of the Rolls-Royce Cullinan. We first heard about the new SUV three years ago and after going through a grueling testing program from freezing snowfields to searing deserts, the Cullinan is here.

Named after the largest diamond ever found, Rolls-Royce newest off-road member is exquisite. Their first all-wheel drive vehicle embodies all the values and capabilities that make Rolls-Royce one of the top luxury car brands. Normally owners of these cars like to sit back and relax in the back seat but with the Cullinan is meant to be driven. You will want to get behind the wheel of this SUV and take it from the city limits to the countryside.

Rolls-Royce has partnered with National Geographic for The Final Challenge. The super-luxury Cullinan will take on a multitude of punishing terrains and altitudes—all in the public eye with Cory Richards of National Geographic. Cory and the Cullinan will journey the Highlands of Scotland, the gigantic dunes of the Arabian Desert, and the toughest landscapes the USA has to offer.

“I promised the public three years ago that I would involve them in the development and testing of the Rolls-Royce Cullinan, and I continue to keep that promise by making The Final Challenge, a public trial,” comments Torsten Müller-Ötvös, Chief Executive Officer of Rolls-Royce.  “Today’s public and customers will see Rolls-Royce in a wholly new light as Cullinan demonstrates just how capable a Rolls-Royce can be. And in a few short months, our customers will be able to experience this capability for themselves as they get behind the wheel of this truly compelling Rolls-Royce that is Effortless, Everywhere.”

The Rolls-Royce Cullinan will be available to customers the end of this year. To arrange a view, click here.
