NFL Free Agency Begins

Tomorrow at 4 pm (EST), NFL free agency starts and begins the 2017-2018 NFL season. Yesterday, the tampering window opened to allow NFL players and agents to talk to teams about potential contracts. There are already some rumors and big names being thrown around, including:

Colin Kapernick. The only person on this list to have played in a Super Bowl, opted out of his contract with the San Francisco 49ers and is getting looks from the Bills, Browns and Texans.

Mike Glennon

Mike Glennon. Former quarterback of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, has the interest of the Chicago Bears. Glennon is a former third round pick out of North Carolina State University. He had been the backup to Jameis Winston for the past two seasons.

Kirk Cousins. He has been franchised tagged by his team the Washington Redskins, although they may be shopping him. There are rumors of him going to the San Francisco 49ers.

Adrian Peterson. The former All-Pro and MVP for the Minnesota Vikings is also looking for a team. Possible landing spots include the Oakland Raiders and the Seattle Seahawks.

Ashlon Jeffery. A Pro-Bowl caliber player that has battled through injuries for a lot of his NFL career, may be starting new for the Philadelphia Eagles.

While writing this, Brandon Marshall announced he will be joining the New York Giants on a 2 year, $12 million contract.

Should be an interesting couple of days!
