Mr. 5% Pours Into the Community During “Back 2 School Motivations”

This past weekend, Sterling Coleman, better known as Mr 5% hosted his first annual Back 2 School Motivations event preparing Atlanta’s youth for their return to school equipped and empowered. Held at Atlanta’s Spice House Restaurant, children and parents from all over came out to not only receive school supplies but also receive motivating words from Mr 5% and friends. Giving back is something Mr 5% strongly believes in and he gave the YMCA a check for $500 and sewed $10,000 into to the dream of 16-year-old Destin Reid, his mentee who has hopes of one day launching his own app.

Helping Mr 5% execute this amazing event was Deiondra Sanders (Owner of Primetime Hair / Daughter of Deion Sanders), Sammi Haynes ( The Love Freedom Movement), The Groomsmith Lounge and Ambassador Andrew and Walter Young Family YMCA. Living a life that serves other people is something he has become known for, so be sure this will not be the last community event from Mr 5%.
