MAJOR.’S Album Release Party in New York

Last week, MAJOR. held an album release party for his upcoming album Even More at Cecil’s in Harlem. The 10-track album is slated to drop September 7th. MAJOR.’s Billboard-charting debut single Why I Love You has been in heavy rotation at Urban AC Radio, and the music video has 32 million plus views with no major label backing, that was praised by Stevie Wonder, Patti LaBelle.

During the album release party, MAJOR. spoke to the room on the motivation for making music, the new album and even belted out some new and old songs to a room full of excited music lovers. Sitting alongside Survivor’s Remorse star Teyonah Parris, MAJOR. gave the audience what they were looking for.

The most recent addition to MAJOR.’s building catalog of purposeful hits is the current single Better with You in It, a heartfelt, up-tempo cut that is utilized to promote a message of love, empathy, self-esteem, and value to a seemingly dismal world. Even More is executive produced by Grammy Award-winning Harmony Samuels (Janet Jackson, Ariana Grande, Jennifer Lopez, Chris Brown, Ciara) and offers features from newcomers such as Kris Kasanova and NSTASIA.
