Happy National Vodka Day From Belvedere

Today is National Vodka Day and we want to help you celebrate! Our friends over at Belvedere has provided us with a few cocktail recipes to help you indulge in this spirited holiday.

Polish 75


  1. 1.5oz. Belvedere Vodka

  2. .75oz. Simple Syrup

  3. .75oz. Lemon Juice

  4. Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut

METHOD: Add all ingredients, except champagne, to a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a champagne flute and top with Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut.

GLASS: Champagne Flute

Remember the Grain


  1. 1.5oz. Belvedere Smogory Forest

  2. .60 Cherry Heering

  3. .30oz. Sweet Vermouth

  4. 2 dashes Absinthe

  5. 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters

METHOD: Stir all ingredients over cubes ice in mixing glass and strain into chilled glass over large ice cube.

GLASS: Rocks

Belvedere’s Famed Classic Martini


  1. 2oz. Belvedere Vodka

  2. .25oz. French Fortified Wine

  3. Pink Grapefruit Twist

METHOD: Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir over ice until very cold. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a pink grapefruit twist.

GLASS: Martini

The Belvedere Morning Twist


  1. 1.5oz. Belvedere Vodka

  2. .75oz. Lemon Juice

  3. .75oz. Honey Syrup

  4. 1 oz Matcha Tea

  5. Ginger Beer

  6. Dried Roses

METHOD: Shake all ingredients but the ginger beer together. Strain into a highball glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with dried roses.

GLASS: Highball

The Belvedere Spice of Life


  1. 1.5oz. Belvedere Vodka

  2. 5oz. Carrot Juice

  3. .75oz. Lemon Juice

  4. Half bar spoon of grated ginger or ginger syrup

  5. .5 bar spoon of miso or dashi powder

  6. .25oz. honey syrup

  7. Dash of chili flakes

  8. Carrot leaves

METHOD: Place all ingredients in a shaker and shake with two ice cubes. Strain over fresh ice in a highball glass. Garnish with chili flakes and carrot leaves.

The Belvedere Brunch Bliss By Chef Candice Kumai


  1. 1.5oz. Belvedere Vodka

  2. .75oz. Lime Juice

  3. .5oz. Honey

  4. 1 dash Angostura Bitters

  5. 2oz. Kombucha

  6. Lime wheel

METHOD: Place all ingredients in a shaker except the Kombucha and shake with ice. Strain into a coupe glass and top off with ice-cold Kombucha. Garnish with a lime wheel.

GLASS: Coupe
