Swizz Beatz and Chris Brancato are taking their creative chemistry to the next level.

The Grammy-winning hip-hop producer and Narcos creator have officially joined forces to launch a brand-new production company that’s diving headfirst into TV, film, and podcasting. If you’ve been keeping up with Godfather of Harlem or Hotel Cocaine, you already know this duo doesn’t miss, and now they’re turning that hit-making energy into a full-on storytelling empire.

The move feels like a natural evolution. Brancato, who has written and produced over 250 hours of television (think The X-Files, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, and Hannibal), first linked with Swizz on Godfather of Harlem, where Swizz served as the executive music producer and created the show’s unforgettable theme. They kept the magic going with Hotel Cocaine and are currently deep in development on The Westies, an upcoming gritty drama about NYC’s notoriously wild Irish mob.

“We’ve found a creative rhythm that feels rare,” Brancato said of their partnership to Variety.

That rhythm has turned into a shared mission to develop projects that fuse compelling narratives with deep cultural roots. Whether it’s scoring the perfect track or shaping the emotional arc of a series, Swizz and Brancato are all about crafting work that hits hard.

“Moving into producing and creating new shows with [Brancato] felt incredibly natural and organic,” Swizz shared. “That’s our vibe, our inclusive chemistry, fueling and driving each other to spark fresh creative ideas.”
