Get ready to catch up with your favorite crew of ride-or-die friends! Noah’s Arc is officially making a comeback in movie form, and it’s heading straight to Paramount+ with SHOWTIME this June.

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the iconic and trailblazing series, Noah’s Arc: The Movie premieres Friday, June 20, streaming and on demand for Paramount+ subscribers with the SHOWTIME bundle, and hitting TV screens the same day at 9 p.m. ET/PT.

Yup, it’s real, the original cast is back. Darryl Stephens, Rodney Chester, Doug Spearman, Christian Vincent, Jensen Atwood, and Wilson Cruz are all reprising their iconic roles. And they’re not alone—this time, the film includes cameos from the likes of Jasmine Guy, T.C. Carson, Eva Marcille, TS Madison, Kennedy Davenport, and more.

And yes, Patrik-Ian Polk, the creator of the original series, is back too, this time as writer, director, and executive producer.

The film picks up after the 2020 ‘Rona Chronicles reunion special and wastes no time dropping us right back into the middle of life, love, and mess. Noah and Wade are expecting twins, and while that might sound like a cute domestic vibe, don’t expect smooth sailing.

Both of them are offered their dream jobs, and someone’s gotta stay home with the babies. But who’s it gonna be?

If you know Noah’s Arc, you already know: where there’s love, there’s drama. The movie promises major plot twists, laugh-out-loud moments, and “dizzying, intoxicating, and heart-lifting romance.” And let’s be real, this crew never disappoints when it comes to serving up all three.

In Polk’s words, this next chapter digs deeper into what happens when your fairy tale life gets hit with reality checks. What happens after the happy ending? What does fulfillment look like when you’ve checked off every box, but still feel like something’s missing?

Originally airing in 2005 on Logo, Noah’s Arc broke major ground as the first scripted series to center the lives of Black gay men. The show made waves with its mix of humor, sexiness, and unapologetic heart. It gave voice to stories rarely seen on TV.

With the 2008 movie Jumping the Broom and the pandemic-era reunion special, Noah’s Arc has continued to evolve with its audience. Now, this latest film aims to bring that full-circle moment we’ve all been waiting for.

Noah’s Arc: The Movie premieres Friday, June 20 on Paramount+ with SHOWTIME, followed by a TV premiere that same night at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
