It seems like A.J. Brown is on a winning streak, and it’s not just on the football field. The Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver, fresh off his Super Bowl LIX victory, has secured another major win in his personal life by proposing to his longtime girlfriend, Kelsey Riley.
The moment was made even more special with a live performance from none other than John Legend.
The proposal took place in a lavish ceremony at the Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia, and in a video shared by Brown, the moment was captured as he got down on one knee.
While Brown’s proposal was definitely a standout, Legend’s live piano performance of his song You & I (Nobody in the World) added an extra layer of romance to the event.
The couple’s intimate moment was also shared with a few close friends and family, including former Eagles teammates Darius Slay, Isaiah Rodgers, and current teammates DeVonta Smith and Nakobe Dean, who were all in attendance to witness the big moment.
Brown and Riley, who have been together for about three years, are already parents to a two-year-old son, Arthur Juan Brown Jr. The couple also shares a daughter, Jersee, born in May 2020.
With the proposal now official, A.J. Brown is looking forward to another ring—this time of the matrimonial kind.
