Last week, Michael B. Jordan experienced a security breach at his Los Angeles home.

On December 18, authorities reported that an unidentified man entered the front yard of Jordan’s property and falsely claimed to be part of the actor’s security team.

Jordan’s actual security staff confronted the intruder and held them until law enforcement arrived. When the LAPD arrived, the man reiterated his claim of being a member of Jordan’s security team.

Jordan’s team filed charges against the suspect and the LAPD is conducting a thorough investigation. The case will be forwarded to prosecutors for potential legal action.

This isn’t the first time Jordan has faced a burglary. In 2017, his San Fernando Valley home was broken into when burglars shattered a window to gain access. According to reports, the thieves made off with cash and jewelry, though the exact amount was not disclosed.

The incident placed Jordan among a string of high-profile celebrities targeted by burglars at the time, including Nicki Minaj and A$AP Rocky, whose homes were also invaded in similar fashion.
