Smoked Blackberry Buck



RECIPE

2 oz Ron Zacapa

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

1/2 oz Blackberry Puree

2 oz Ginger Beer

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

METHOD

Shake cocktail and double strain over ice in chilled highball or pilsner glass. Smoked with mixed berry smoke and mini cocktail cloche.

Bloody Dutch Sour



RECIPE

1 oz. Ketel One® Vodka

.5 oz. Aperol

.5 oz. Lillet Blanc

.5 oz. blood orange reduction simple syrup

.75 oz. fresh lemon juice

Egg white

PREP

  • Combine ingredients in a mixing glass.

  • Dry shake for 10 seconds.

  • Add ice and shake well again.

  • Double fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.

  • Garnish with a fresh thyme sprig.

*Blood Orange Reduction Simple Syrup

Zest and juice 4 blood oranges.

Combine and bring to a low boil, reduce heat and add 1 cup water and 1 cup white sugar.

Stir and remove from heat.

Cool and double fine strain.


Harvest Mule

Recipe

1.5 oz Ketel One Vodka

3.5 oz ginger beer

1.5 oz fresh squeezed apple juice

.25 oz local honey

blood orange wheel and cinnamon stick, for garnish

Directions:

  • Mix all the ingredients together. Bottle and refrigerate.

  • Pour mixture into a copper mug filled with ice.

  • Garnish with a blood orange wheel and cinnamon stick.
