Hennessy Debuts Limited Edition Art Bottle at Culture Collective Dinner with Newark Arts Festival

On Thursday, July 11th, Hennessy celebrated the release of their limited edition V.S bottle collaboration at the Newark Arts Festival Culture Collective Dinner in Newark, NJ. The lavish private dinner connected 40 innovators noted for disrupting the arts and culture scene via their unique lens. The guest list comprised of both rising and trailblazing creatives ranged from visual artists to interior designers to DJs, filmmakers and creative directors.

The beautifully curated dinner was provided by Chef Kiki Holmer, sounds by DJ BMajr and hosted at one of the city’s newest emerging hot spots, ODR Studios. The evening event further highlighted three Newark artists: Public Experience Conceptualist Gera Lozano, Abstract Expressionist Josephine Barreiro, and Newark Arts Pioneer Bisa Washington, who were each presented with engraved bottles. The Pantone designed bottle is the ninth in an ongoing series of innovative collaborations between Hennessy V.S and several internationally renowned artists, and is available across the U.S.


“Newark is proudly a city of rich art and history, and it’s great to see brands like Hennessy consistently support the arts both globally and locally,” said Newark Arts Executive Director Jeremy Johnson. “Culture Collective, sponsored by Hennessy, is intended to preview and celebrate the upcoming 2019 Newark Arts Festival. The 2019 Newark Arts Festival will take place from October 10-13th, 2019.

Guests Included: Principal Akbar Cook, DJ BMAJR, Chef Ameer Natson, Producer Ladun Thompson, Fashion Designer Melody Asherman, HBO Filmmaker Leron Lee, Global Artists, Gera Lozano, Lenny Correa, Kern Bruce and many more.
