50 Cent Executive Produces New ABC Series, “For Life”

For Life is a compelling TV series based on the extraordinary life of Isaac Wright Jr., once a wrongfully convicted prisoner who becomes a lawyer. As the series unfolds, the character Aaron Wallace (Nicholas Pinnock) rises above his crisis and seeks to help other inmates as he continues to pursue justice for himself. Love for his wife (Joy Bryant) and daughter (Tyla Harris) compels him to continue in the fierce struggle to regain his freedom. For Life explores America’s deeply flawed justice system, which is reflected in his complicated relations with a female prison warden (Indira Varma).

The heart-wrenching drama is a collaboration from creator Hank Steinberg and executive producer Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson. Behind the scenes, talents also include Doug Robinson and Alison Greenspan of Doug Robinson Productions and Isaac Wright Jr. joins the creative team as an executive producer. George Tillman Jr. (The Hate U Give) directed and executive produced the pilot.

The groundbreaking TV series premieres Tuesday, February 11th at 10|9c on ABC.
