Romantic Belvedere Blends to Set the Mood This Valentine’s Day

 BELVEDERE DECANTER MARTINI

Ingredients: 
 1.5 oz / 40 ml Belvedere Vodka
 0.5 oz / 10 ml Tawny Port
 0.25 oz / 5 ml Dry Vermouth
 Pinch Caraway Seeds
 1 Dash Orange Bitters  
 
 Directions: strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Zest lemon oils on drink and discard peels.

Ingredients: 
 2 oz / 60 ml Belvedere Vodka
 0.5 oz / 20 ml Dry Vermouth
 2 Dash Chocolate Bitters 
 
 Directions: Stir all ingredients in mixing glass over cubed ice and strain into chilled coupette.
 
 Garnish with two thin truffle slices.

Ingredients: 
 1.5 oz / 50ml Belvedere Vodka
 3/4 oz / 20ml pomegranate juice
 3/4 oz / 20ml fresh lemon juice
 1/4 oz / 10ml simple syrup
 A handful of fresh mint  
 
 Directions: Gently press mint and simple syrup in base of mixing tin. Combine remaining ingredients with ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain into coupette and garnish with a lemon twist.

Ingredients:
  1.5 oz / 50ml Belvedere Vodka
 3/4 oz / 20ml lemon juice
 1/2 oz / 15ml cinnamon syrup
 3 fresh blackberries
 Dash egg white 
 
 Directions: Gently muddle blackberries in the base a shaker with cinnamon syrup. Combine remaining ingredients and dry shake to emulsify egg white. Add ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain into a chilled coupette and garnish with grated cinnamon.
