2 oz. La Hora Azul—Blue Hour® – BLANCO or REPOSADO 3 to 4 oz. Ginger Beer Squeeze of Fresh Lime Juice Lime Rinds
Instructions
- Combine your choice of Blue Hour Blanco or Reposado Tequila and fresh lime juice with ice, shake and strain into glassware.
- Top with Ginger Beer. *Garnish with Lime Rinds
BLUE HOUR IN VIETNAM

Ingredients
1.5 oz. La Hora Azul—Blue Hour Tequila® Reposado 2 or 3 oz. Jasmine Blossom Tea 1/2 Teaspoon Fresh Ginger 1 Tablespoon Sweet Agave Nectar Fresh Thyme
Instructions
- Combine ingredients and Blue Hour Reposado Tequila into a shaker with ice, shake and strain into glassware. * Garnished With A Fresh Sprig Of Thyme
BLUE HOUR CAESAR

Ingredients
1.5 oz. La Hora Azul—Blue Hour Tequila® (Choice of Blanco Or Reposado) 4 to 5 oz. Clam/Tomato Juice 1 Tbsp. Fresh Grated Horseradish 2 Small Slices, Fresh Chilli 8 Dashes, Worcestershire Sauce 6 Fresh Med. Mint Leaves Squeeze of Fresh Lime Juice
Instructions
- Muddle fresh mint leaves at bottom of glassware
- Add ice, choice of Blue Hour Blanco or Reposado Tequila
- Combine the remaining ingredients, stir, garnish and serve. *Garnish With Prosciutto wrapped Olives, Celery, Cured Beef
