The seventh season of All American is in full swing, and we have an exclusive look at the upcoming episode, Ante Up, airing Monday, February 17 on The CW.
In this episode, football season is officially back, and tensions are already at an all-time high. South Crenshaw and Beverly Hills are gearing up for their first games of the season, but not everyone is prepared for the pressure. At South Crenshaw, Khalil, played by Antonio J. Bell, remains sidelined, sparking a clash between Jordan, played by Michael Evans Behling, and Coach Bobby, played by Gilbert Glenn Brown, over the best course of action. Meanwhile, Beverly’s devastating loss leads to finger-pointing, with KJ at the center of it.
In the clip, KJ, played by Nathaniel McIntyre, and Cassius, played by Osy Ikhile, go over strategies for their next matchup, analyzing plays and defensive formations. Cassius tests KJ’s knowledge of the game, pushing him to think critically about how to adjust when faced with a cover-two defense. But beneath the Xs and Os, it’s clear there’s more at stake—Cassius is counting on KJ in ways he never has before, and that pressure isn’t lost on his son.
