Marvel has released the trailer for Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man.
In the new animated series, Colman Domingo voices Norman Osborn, aka the Green Goblin, one of Spider-Man’s most infamous foes.
Set to premiere on January 29, 2025, the 10-episode series follows Peter Parker’s early journey toward becoming the iconic web-slinger, exploring an origin story that has remained untold in the MCU.

In this timeline, Peter’s rise as Spider-Man is influenced not by Tony Stark but by Norman Osborn.
The series’ animation style pays homage to Spider-Man’s original comic book roots, blending nostalgia with modern storytelling. Hudson Thames, who previously voiced Peter Parker in What If…?, will reprise his role as the young hero. Joining Thames and Domingo in the voice cast are Eugene Byrd, Grace Song, Zeno Robinson, Hugh Dancy, and Charlie Cox, who will bring Daredevil to life once again.
Marvel Studios’ head writer Jeff Trammell and supervising director Mel Zwyer lead the creative team, alongside executive producers Brad Winderbaum, Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Dana Vasquez-Eberhardt, and Trammell.
The newly released trailer showcases Parker’s struggles to balance his high school life with his crime-fighting duties. It also hints at the introduction of other key characters, including Harry Osborn, Norman’s son and Peter’s best friend.

For Domingo, stepping into the shoes of Norman Osborn is a thrilling addition to his already impressive career. The West Philly native joins the ranks of Willem Dafoe, who famously portrayed the Green Goblin in Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man trilogy and returned to the role in Spider-Man: No Way Home. Domingo’s portrayal will be a fresh take on the iconic character.
Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man is set to further expand the MCU’s Phase Five, which has already delivered hit films like Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 and The Marvels, as well as series such as Loki Season 2 and Secret Invasion.
